This is for those who need deep tissue work. The Bodyshop specialty is a 90 minutes customizable session that may use deep tissue and/ or cupping and stretching to achieve results, and it's all included no surprise add ons. While relaxation for the whole body is part of it, this is for people who need more than a fluffy massage. If you want to try to regain lost ROM, address tension and pain you've just dealt with, this is for you.

90 Minutes Bodyshop Luxury

The Bodyshop luxury is all about the pampering! You'll be pampered with hot towels on your neck, face and feet, enjoy a lovely aroma therapy and begin with some deep breathing regulation. A luxurious, slow, effective massage that includes hot stones and a scalp massage with coconut oil. All included, never an extra charge. This is not a deep tissue massage.

1 Hour Bodyshop Deep Tissue

$50.00 deposit required for new clients

60 minutes massage with deep tissue work

1 hour Bodyshop Massage

$65.00 deposit required for new clients

The one hour Bodyshop Massage is a full 60 minutes customized massage to meet your needs. Included is your choice of any of hot stones, coconut oils scalp massage, stretching, aroma therapy. This is not deep tissue.

90 Minutes Mobile Service

$100.00 deposit required for new clients

This is the only housecall service I offer, 90 minutes customized massage in your home ( or porch or under a shade tree...make it a great experience!) no more than 50 miles from my location, there is an additional $40 travel fee if more than 25 miles away from my location. Stair limit of 5 . Text 931-800-8204 to book as mobile is available more than is listed on office hours. This deposit is non refundable no matter the reason for cancellation as I block 3 hours of time to accommodate just a 90 minutes session. It may be taken off a future booking if done within 30 days but absolutely no refund.

Just got 30 minutes? 30 minutes is just right for cupping only, I recommend twice in one week to experience the difference. This is cupping with incorporated stretching and movement, no massage except for the occipital area.

Sensory Immersion Massage

Sensory relaxation massage session with light scratching pre massage ( of course scalp comes first!) followed by warm oil drizzled on before swedish massage leading into " fire & ice" which is an indugent amount of hot stones alternating with ice , ending with slow deep compressions and an extra 10 minutes to " rest" peacefully before getting off the table, with your choice of background sounds for the session meditation, ocean, rain, healing frequency or music . 2 hours "I Want It All!"

The 2 hours " I want it all" session is for the person who knows they need time consuming deep work but also wants the pampering and luxury. " I want it all" is a combination of luxurious treatment AND serious work. It includes the extra attention in areas of deep tissue need, use of cupping if needed, hot towels, aroma therapy, hot stones deep breathing regulation, stretching...well all of it!

Exfoliating Body scrub+Massage

30 minutes full body sugar or salt scrub ( excluding all private areas) and a 30 minute swedish massage.

The Tension/Migraine Headache, Help

The tension/ Migraine headache helper is my experience crafted face, scalp , head ,neck and upper shoulders and pecks massage that has helped many clients with chronic headaches. ( Scalp massage does not need oil ). It involves deep relaxation at tension points around the face and scalp, light tugging of hair mostly around the base of the skull and occipital area, deep neck work going into pecs and upper shoulders.
